　　CAS-JUNSHINE is a high-tech enterprise focused on the research and development of advanced new power device chips.The company was established in 2007, relying on the research team and development platform of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and was jointly formed by integrating technical elites from both domestic and overseas, along with a professional market management team.

　　As a leader in the domestic IGBT chip industry, CAS-JUNSHINE is the first company in China to develop Trench Field Stop (Trench FS) technology and successfully achieve mass production.
